Where several agreements arose to protect and to conserve this liquid appraising, that according to is foretold, could generate serious conflicts world-wide, in a nondistant future.

In the activity eighty people participated, who committed themselves to support the organized fights, that are made in the Brunca Region and any other place of the country, that look for the protection and adapted use of the hydric resource.

"The objective is to define altogether, with an ample participation of the civil society, the policies in relation to the water of the future, the supplying and the protection of the hydrographic river basins", indicated Mr. Roland Spendlingwimmer of Longo Mai.

In addition, one treated on the administration and the legal part to the aqueducts, as well as the democratic decisions, in projects like Boruca, respecting the decision of the affected ones. Other agreements also remembered offer support to the free determination of the indigenous towns, to the respect of the laws related to the use of the natural resources, as well as support and fortify the managements of the rural aqueducts of the country.

On the other hand, the participants committed themselves to conform a permanent forum of discussion in the Brunca Region, to generate spaces of participation, of coordination, formulation of proposals and actions for the optimal advantage of the participation, because the discussions were concrete and the participants had a high level of technical knowledge", concluded don Roland.
